IPEX is the leader in thermoplastic piping systems and it designs and manufactures the largest, most recognized and most diverse range of integrated piping products. The municipal arm of the organization needed to breathe new life into their long-form marketing content, including case studies and whitepapers.
Taking a journalist approach to their case studies, Greenlight Content used storytelling techniques to showcase the work IPEX had done with their municipal clients, including outlining the challenges, detailing the solution and highlighting the results of their work. Using items in the news around crumbling municipal infrastructure, we also created whitepapers focused on the broad topic of water waste and the impact it has on local communities.
With the new messaging now inline with their brand objectives and their target audience, feedback across all departments at IPEX has been overwhelmingly positive.
